Belonging Employee Resource Groups (BERGs)
These are employee-led groups, formed around a shared identity, interest or pursuits. They bring together employees for insights, support, career development and community engagement. All colleagues are welcomed and encouraged to join.
Employee Disability Accommodations
Disability accommodations are reasonable modifications to a job or the work environment that enable an employee with a disability to perform the essential functions of their job.
Accommodations may be temporary or ongoing, depending on the individual circumstances, and they are meant to support an employee with a disability without changing the essential requirements or expectations of their job.
